The Zillertal Valley has numerous ski-areas. The Achental Valley and Lake Achensee are a paradise for walkers and mountain bikers. They are all on your doorstep and can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes. Two ski-lifts. the Hofer and the Jägerhof. are near the house. These operate when there is sufficient snow. They are both suitable for families with children. The free ski-bus stops 200 metres from the house. The bus will bring you to the Zillertal. Spieljoch and Hochfügen.
