Guests can refresh in the spacious public baths after a long day of skiing. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 5-minute drive and Happo Bus Terminal is a 5-minute walk away. Check in and free shuttle services are available after 15:00. A prior reservation is required for the shuttle service. Guests staying for more than 4 nights must pay the full amount of the 1st night of the reservation through Paypal, within 5 days after booking. The hotel will send an e-mail with the Paypal link and more information. Guests are required to pay the remaining amount of the reservation at time of check-in. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
