Featuring indoor and open-air hot spring baths paired with a peaceful Japanese garden, Miyako is a 15-minute walk from JR Gero Train Station. The Japanese-style rooms include free Wi-Fi access. Rooms at Miyako Ryokan have Japanese futon beds as well as traditional tatami (woven-straw) floors and shoji paper screens. Each room has a full attached bathroom with Western toilet. The hotel has an open-air bath that can be reserved for private use, free of charge. Guests can relax with a quiet bit of reading at the library or enjoy a massage. A Japanese breakfast and multi-course (kaiseki) dinner are served in the dining room. Zensho-ji Temple is a 10-minute drive from the ryokan, and Gandate Koen Park is a 40-minute drive.
