The holiday home has various terraces with both sunny and sheltered spaces. The villa is approx. 3 km away from the centre of Moraira and the beach. Moraira is halfway between Valencia (ca. 110 km) and Alicante (ca. 80 km). It is a lively fishing village with pretty sandy beaches and bays. The immediate proximity of the holiday home is suitable for many (water) activities like walking. cycling. golf and sailing.
