As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Marlin Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. A refundable security deposit is charged upon check-in. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. With at least 24 hours' notice, breakfast can be provided. Grab & Go Breakfasts are also available for GBP 8 containing a butter croissant, homemade raspberry yoghurt with fruit granola pot, freshly squeezed orange juice, a piece of seasonal fruit and a coffee bag (Luxurious Ground 100% Arabica Coffee Bag). Failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.
