The charged deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the apartment. Please note that late check-in is available only on request and for a surcharge. Please note that the air conditioning can be used in the Superior Studio and in the Two-Bedroom Apartment for surcharge, and it has to be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
