The total price of the reservation must be paid in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Zama Tulum will contact you with instructions after booking. A damage deposit of USD 300 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please inform Zama Village 103 in advance of your expected arrival time.
