When booking the entire property, a damage deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. The amount will only be pre-authorised upon check-in and then released once the property is checked, on the check out date. From here, staff will walk guests to the property (just a couple of minutes walk away). Parking is also available at the Bail House & Mews. This car park is run on a first come, first served basis and charges are applicable. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 34 Bailgate, LN13AP Lincoln.
