Residence "Los Amigos" is located in the district of le Palais de la Mer, 1.5 km from the centre of Grau du Roi, 300 m from the sea and from a sandy beach. The studio is on the 3rd floor. The living/dining room is complete with 1 double sofa bed and TV. In the entrance hall you will find 1 x 2 bunk beds. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, a micro wave and a freezer. There is terrace furniture and a covered balcony. Reserved parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Public parking on the road. A shopping center is just 250 m away and the Seaquarium, mini golf and childrens water park are 250 meters away. There is a lift for entrances to "El Paso" and "Santa Cruz".

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
