The balcony of 7 m2 with terrace furniture is in south facing position, with view of the mountains and the ski-run. This studio is located on the first floor and you are allowed to bring max. 1 dog/pet with you. Within 150 m you can find several shops, restaurants, bars, grocers, a bus stop, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, ski chair lift and ski school. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
