These apartments overlook the street and feature a dining area with a kitchenette and TV. Each has a private bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy discounts at the partner beach, where you can rent beach equipment. The Brionetta is a 20-minute drive from Lignano Sabbiadoro and 30 km from Portogruaro. Check-in takes place at Agenzia Boreal, located in Corso del Sole 66, approximately 1 km from apartments.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note the property has no lift. Beach equipment is at an extra cost. You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site at a cost of EUR 2 for double beds and EUR 1,50 for single beds. Towels are not provided.
