The Seacrest Hotel is situated on Southsea's seafront, looking out over award-winning gardens to the Solent and the Isle of Wight. It has free parking, free WiFi and rooms with a 33-inch or 40-inch flat-screen smart, digital TV. The Seacrest Hotel is less than 2 miles from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, the shops of Gunwharf Quays and the city centre. All of the en suite rooms have a dressing table or work desk and tea and coffee-making facilities. The bathrooms have free toiletries, as well as a hairdryer for guests to use. A full cooked breakfast is available each day, and includes free range eggs and yoghurts from a nearby Farm and Cumberland sausages from the local Butcher. There is also a lounge and bar area looking out towards the sea.

The hotel will be closed from 19 December 2016 until 2 January 2017. No pets are allowed in the restaurant. There is a lift to most bedrooms and a flight of stairs to the dining room; please telephone the hotel for more access details. Car parking is on the road and free with a parking permit. There is also a small Car Park at the rear of the Hotel, access can only be granted by reception. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
