If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification. All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorisation of GBP 50 deposit is required upon arrival.
