Overlooking the English Channel, The Southcliff Hotel is situated on The Leas Promenade and only a 1-minute walk from the Leas Cliff Hall venue. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Channel Tunnel Terminal and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, a stylish bar and wonderful views. The bedrooms each have tea/coffee facilities, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a TV. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Some have sea views or private balconies. The Office Bar hosts frequent live music. Just 20 minutes’ drive from Dover Ferry and Cruise Terminals, Southcliff Hotel is a short walk from Folkestone’s sandy beach. Folkestone Harbour is a 10-minute walk, and Folkestone Central Railway Station is just half a mile away.

Please note there are several steps to the main entrance of the property and the lift to the rooms does not fit a full size wheelchair. Cash is not accepted. The public bar has music playing at weekends until 00:30. Balcony rooms may hear these events. Please note that The Southcliff does not operate its own car park. From 16 February 2017, the local Council is switching to an electronic parking permit system. Guests need to supply the car registration, car model and car colour to Reception, and they will book in the car online for the duration of your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
