Situated across from the Truskavets Central Park, this complex is located next to a hospital and offers urological, gastro and endocrine system treatments. The town is well known for its mineral water, provided at the resort. The rooms at Recreation Complex Kristall feature a balcony and a TV, with free toiletries provided in the en suite bathroom. The restaurant offers a selection of meals for guests with special dietary needs, and a meal plan can be recommended by a doctor. The complex offers specialised diagnosis and treatment for a variety of medical conditions, such as respiratory infections and gastrointestinal problems. Hydrotherapies and physiotherapy are available. Recreation Complex Kristall provides a free shuttle service to and from Truskavets Train Station (2 km), and also offers free private parking.

Please note it is recommended that guests have a Sanatorno – kurortnaya Card, a medical certificate which can be obtained from a Polyclinic Medical Centre. It is recommended that children under 16 provide a birth certificate and a copy of their medical record.
