Information über Nisshokan Shoshintei

Only a 3-minute walk from Sanjo Subway Station, Nisshokan Shoshintei offers simple Japanese-style accommodations in the centre of Kyoto. Guests can sit out at the traditional garden, which features a relaxing outdoor foot bath. A spacious public bath is on-site and free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Includes a TV, a safety deposit box and an en suite bathroom. Japanese Yukata robes and toothbrush sets are provided for all guests. Local gifts can be purchased at the souvenir shop and drink vending machines are on-site. A trouser press can be borrowed for free and photocopying services are available at the front desk. Traditional multi-course meals are served for dinner at the guests’ rooms. Nijo Castle is a 10-minute drive and JR Kyoto Station is a 15-minute drive away.

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. To eat breakfast at the hotel, a reservation must be made 1 day in advance. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made 3 days in advance. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
