Located along the beautiful beach of Teluk Dalam, Flora Bay 2 offers cosy air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. The property houses an on-site restaurant, and organises diving activities. Rooms feature traditional wooden furnishings and vibrant fabrics. Included in all rooms are a refrigerator, seating area and private bathroom with a shower. To relax, guests can go on canoeing, snorkeling or diving trips. For convenience, a shuttle services can be arranged. A chargeable internet service is available at Flora 1, a 1-minute walk away. Local and Western dishes are offered at Flora Bay Restaurant. Vegetarian meal choices are also provided. Floral Bay is a 30-minute boat ride from Kuala Besut Jetty, which is a 1-hour drive from Kota Bharu Airport and 2-hour drive from Kuala Terengganu Airport.

Guests have to take a boat transfer from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island, where Flora Bay 2 is located. Most of the boat operators are not licensed, which means they will wait for a minimum of 12 passengers to fill one boat before ferrying them to the island. There are no specific timings from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island. Ferry starts operating from 08:00 - 16:00. Ferry timings from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty are at 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
