Right next to the slopes of the Schmittenhöhe Ski Area, Landhotel Martha offers a quiet location with views of Lake Zell and the Alps. The Roman-style spa area includes a sauna and a hot tub. A ski bus stop is right outside. The bright, non-smoking rooms feature a balcony, cable TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with hairdryer. They offer views of the Schmittenhöhe Mountain or the lake. A playground and a farmhouse are available for children. WiFi access is available free of charge. A selection of snacks is available, and a dish of the day is prepared in the evening on request. From December 2016 on Hotel Martha offers an a lá carte restaurant to guests. The centre of Zell am See is about a 15-minute walk away. It can be reached in only 2 minutes by car or public bus. Free parking is available on site. From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.
