Featuring a large pool and panoramic sea views, Messapia Hotel & Resort is 1 km outside Leuca centre. During summer, it provides entertainment and a beach shuttle. Rooms come with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a shared patio. Each one is air conditioned and comes with a TV, fridge and a bathroom. Apartments with a kitchenette are available too. A continental breakfast is available each morning, while Messapi restaurant serves Italian cuisine at lunch and dinner. Daytime and evening entertainment at the Messapia includes games, sports activities and water aerobics. The shuttle takes you to a partner beach where you can hire sun loungers and parasols. You have plenty of sandy beaches to choose from in this part of Salento, all within 9 km of the property. The popular seaside towns of Gallipoli and Otranto are both around 45 minutes' drive away.

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes a welcome drink, swimming pool access, leisure and sports activities. Kids under 2 years old do not have to pay the resort fee. The beach shuttle service comes at an additional cost of EUR 1 per person per ride. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
