Arden House is situated just 2 km from Birmingham International Airport, and offers boutique-style rooms featuring minibars with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. There is free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The luxurious rooms are inspired by Shakespeare’s characters, and have Egyptian cotton bedding, bathrobes and slippers. The Arden’s rooms offer 32-inch flat-screen TVs and guest trays with fair-trade beverages. With an English country house atmosphere, Arden House is full of character, and features an oak panelled library. A cooked and continental breakfast is provided, whilst evening meals are available with prior arrangement. Menus are provided in the rooms in case guests prefer to order in deliveries. Arden House is less than 3 km from the National Exhibition Centre, the NEC LG Arena and the National Motorcycle Museum.

Luggage can be left in the luggage hold between 7:00 and 11:30 on the day of arrival, by prior arrangement via email. This can be requested in the Special Request box when booking, or by using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The house can accommodate early or late check-ins with prior arrangement via email. Please note that the front desk is closed between 12:00 and 15:00. For evening meals please contact the property in advance to book. A pre-prepared breakfast can be arranged for guests who would be leaving earlier than the normal breakfast service times.
