In the case of group bookings the property requires one person to be personally responsible for the conduct of all guests in the group, and any damage caused. They may also require a 'good behaviour' bond along with payment in advance. For the benefit of all guests, in the event of persons behaving in an inappropriate manner, the hotel reserves the right to immediately cancel the entire booking, without refund. The building is set over four floors (no lift); ground floor rooms are available on request when booking.
