Vila Balaia offers self-contained villas set within landscaped gardens with outdoor pools in the sea-side resort of Albufeira. It features a tennis court and provides access to a nearby golf-course. All villas are decorated with modern furnishings and feature a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. They open on to a furnished deck overlooking the gardens and the outdoor pool. Guests can cook their own meals or enjoy traditional cuisine from the Algarve region in the 2 restaurants within the resort. Guests can also enjoy activities such as hiking and biking through the natural surroundings or a game of tennis in one of the 8 tennis courts. Oura is a 10-minute drive away by car and has many restaurants, clubs and bars. Free private parking is also available nearby.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has an extra cost of EUR 25. Please note that the total price of the reservation may be charged at any time after booking. Please note that the credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival. Please note that Vila Balaia may pre-authorise the security deposit on the credit card anytime after reservation. This amount will be completely refunded, no later than a week after check-out and after a damage inspection to the property. Please inform Vila Balaia in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
