This Vilamoura villa comes with a garden and private swimming pool, and includes a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated a 5-minute drive from the Vilamoura Marina and is surrounded by 6 golf courses. Villa Nascimento by Garvetur is simply furnished with wooden furniture and decorated in neutral colours. The living room and dining area both open out onto the garden and the pool area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There are also 2 bathrooms that have a bathtub and shower. Bike/car rentals can be arranged upon request. Faro Airport is a 20-minute drive away from the Villa Nascimento by Garvetur.

Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Cleaning is done twice a week, including linen changing. In all stays longer than one week, the change of sheets will be done once a week, except Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property.
