It is a 12-minute walk from Hobart CBD (Central Business District), Hobart's Waterfront, and the Salamanca Place. Hobart Aquatic Centre is 2 km away. All rooms offer a modern décor and have air conditioning, a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining using the guest house’s barbecue facility.

Guests arriving outside the reception hours are requested to contact the night security officer for a late check-in.
