Offering charming, bright villas with private pools, Villas Monte Verde is located in Tossalet and just 2 km from Javea’s beaches and coves. Each of its villas is set in gardens, with a terrace and barbecue facilities. The spacious, individually decorated villas are painted in blue, yellow or orange tones. There is a living room with a TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, oven and toaster. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Cafés, bars and restaurants can be found nearby. There is a supermarket just 500 metres from the villas, while the centre of Javea is 10 minutes’ drive away. The Monte Verde complex features tennis courts and a children’s playground. The nearest golf club is 7 km away.

A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable upon arrival. During the summer months (June - September), key collection takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, and from 16.00 until 20.00 on Saturdays. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Villas Monte Verde in advance. Check-out takes place before 10.00 in the same office.
