Information über Surmontanus

Located 7.5 km from Pucon’s main square and handicraft fair, Southmontanus offers panoramic views of Villarrica and Mocho volcanoes and Liucura river. A garden and an outdoor hot tub are featured. Southmontanus bungalow offers a private bathroom, a sofa, and a terrace with a mountain and river view. Guests are provided free transfers from the bus station to the bungalow, and a hot tub is available for guest use in the river bank. Southmontanus is 26 km from Villarrica Volcano and 120 km from Maquehue Airport. Free private parking is possible on site.

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption foreign travellers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. How to arrive: Southmontanus is located 7,5 km from Pucon's centre. In order to arrive, guests must travel in the Caburgua direction, entering the path to Quelhue airport, and go 4 km along the Liucura river. They are advised to purchase groceries before arriving.
