Please note that for stays of 1 week or more a EUR 250 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that for stays of less than one week, housekeeping services are not included in the price. Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure.
