You will enjoy the atmosphere created by the small mills, freshly ground wheat and the scent of the flour. The 5 rooms have been renovated in a simple yet elegant manner. They all feature air conditioning, satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A real highlight at Fior Di Farine is the breakfast, which is prepared every morning using organic flour from the mill. Breakfast is varied and includes sweet and savoury and includes seasonal fruit and vegetables, fruit juices, local cheeses and cold meats.
