In a quiet location above Sölden, Haus Gerhard offers panoramic views of the village and the Ötztal Alps. Self-catering apartments with a flat-screen TV, a balcony, and mountain views are offered. The centre is 1.5 km away. The apartments feature a living room and a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave. On request, bread rolls can be delivered every morning. In winter, ski lessons can be organised for guests and a sauna as well as a steam bath are availabe. During the warmer months, guests can sunbathe on the terrace by the outdoor pool. There is also table tennis and a children’s playground on site as well as a bicycle garage with washing facilities for bikes. The Flowtrail Teäre Line Cycling Trail is in the immediate vicinity of the property. Innsbruck Airport is 45 km away from the Gerhard Haus. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from mid-June to early October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. Guests furthermore receive a discount for the admission at the Aqua Dome Thermal Bath.

A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
