Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating (extra). Terrace 16 m2, large garden 300 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Apartment Haizean is placed in a quiet position, 1 km from the sea. It has a private garden. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. Golf course 4 km. Parking possible in a gravel road with access only for residents at the foot of the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The entrance to this apartment is through the rear of the house and that the fireplace in this apartment can not be used.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Villa Haizean in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
