The property features an outdoor pool offering views of the surrounding landscape. This former farmhouse consists of 3 buildings, each restored in a traditional country style. You can relax out in the garden or on the furnished terrace. Rooms at the Pecora Nera have views across the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. There is also a shared lounge area with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have free access to private beach at Giulianova Lido 6km away where there are umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers.
