The property is set in green Mediterranean gardens featuring a large outdoor pool and children's pool. Spacious apartments are equipped with free WiFi, a kitchenette, living room and air conditioning in the master bedroom. Some apartments offer views of the lake, most of them boast a private patio or balcony. Built with local materials and painted in the traditional colours of the surrounding villages, the property features a snack bar, a sun terrace and a BBQ area. WiFi is free at reception and near the pool. Salò is a 10-minute drive from Residence Borgo degli Ulivi. Garage parking is free.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 130 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. The swimming pool is open from 1 May until 15 September. The snack bar is open from 01 May until 30 September. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels are changed twice a week. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
