Well located in the touristic village of Vernet-les-Bains, in the heart of the Pyrenees Orientales, and at the foot of Canigou Massif, the Residence Les Balcons du Canigou is an ideal place of vacation. The residence offers 72 spacious and well-equipped apartments. On the spot, you will have access to all facilities: 2 outdoor swimming pools, of which one is heated, a sauna, fitness room, laundry and a hot tub which is upon reservation. Breakfast is also served at an extra cost. During the school holidays, the property also offers a Kid's Club (from 3-12 years) and a Baby Club (from 3 months to 3 years). Activities for adults can also be organised during this period.

Please note that the 30% deposit will show as VTF "Esprit Vacances" on your bank statement. If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please contact the residence during reception hours to obtain the access codes. Breakfast and meals are available only upon reservation (please contact the residence in advance to reserve). Please note that for stays of 4 nights or more: The beds are not made on arrival but clean sheets are provided free of charge. Towels and cleaning services are available at an additional cost. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, beds are not made upon arrival but bed and bath linen is provided and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For stays of 1 week or more, beds are not made upon arrival but linen is included. Towels are not provided but they can be rented at the property. An end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. If you need a high chair or a baby cot, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A TV is available upon request for a supplement. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
