This residence is located 80 metres from the beach, on the Emerald Coast, in the village of Saint Briac sur Mer, Brittany. It offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Each suite and apartment at the Résidence Nemea Kermael has a private bathroom, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. A TV can be added in your room upon request and at an extra charge. Résidence Nemea also features a sauna and a fitness centre. There is also a lounge area with a fire place and billiards table. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

Please note that bed linen is included in the room rate from 17 December until 6 May (a EUR 10 extra fee applies for every change). Outside of this period, bed linen can be rented on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person per bed linen change. A TV is not included in the rate. It can be added at an extra cost of EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Tuesday and Wednesday. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.
